Danielle Rhoda is a Polish-born illustrator, animator, and maker of things based between Manchester and London. After studying Illustration and Animation at Manchester School of Art, she developed a distinctive style focused on capturing passing moments of people and spaces in a naive but sensitive way. Her work features tactile, minimalist illustrations with rich texture, depicting diversity with delicate observation. Danielle has worked with The New York Times, BBC, People's History Museum, Roger la Borde, and Fuse Manchester. Her versatile practice spans editorial illustration, animation (screened at Atlanta Film Festival), ceramics, greeting cards, and murals, always maintaining her keen eye for the poetry in everyday life.
