Collection: Roman Muradov

Roman Muradov is an artist, author, illustrator, and cartoonist based in San Francisco. His work is characterized by jazz-age characters galavanting through extraordinary landscapes, creating images teeming with activity and excitement. Roman creates editorial illustrations for The New Yorker (with his first cover in 2013), The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Vogue, TIME, NPR, GQ, and The Washington Post. He is also a prolific comic artist and author of graphic novels published by Nobrow Press and Fantagraphics. Roman has designed books for Penguin Random House, including the Penguin Classics Centennial Editions of James Joyce's "Dubliners" and "A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man. " He received a Gold Medal from the Society of Illustrators in 2013 and was featured in Young Guns 12.
