Fernando Cobelo

Fernando Cobelo is an award-winning illustrator born in Venezuela in 1988 and based in Turin, Italy. After studying architecture in Venezuela, he moved to Italy and taught himself illustration. His work uses clean, essential lines to create visual metaphors and symbolic transpositions, depicting universes full of surrealist dreams and vivid nightmares. Fernando has worked with The New York Times, The New Yorker, Google, The United Nations, Disney, Penguin Random House, and Netflix. Represented by Making Pictures.
